The process
Every part goes through the same steps, checked before it goes near the oven.
Old coating, rust, and mill scale blasted off down to bare, profiled metal.
Degreased, pretreated, and masked off at threads, bores, and mounting faces.
Powder charged and sprayed so it wraps into corners and recesses a standard gun misses.
Baked to the powder manufacturer's time and temperature for a full cure.
Thickness, adhesion, and finish checked before anything leaves the shop.
